We are planning ahead and looking for volunteers to assist with the following:
The day before: some set up/decorating/preparations, organization of registration materials, setting up the prize table, etc.
Day of: greeters and registration (at least 2 or 3 volunteers @ the registration table), placing hole sponsorship signs and other signage on course, organization of prize table, organizing and running putting contest and other on-course contests, taking pictures of foursomes on the course, collecting and tallying score cards, selling 50/50 raffle and prize table tickets, etc.
